Yesterday I got to do one of my favorite things: produce beautiful flowers while teaching students! My Agriculture students and myself created some amazing centerpieces for a local college’s fundraising night. We completed 12 in total, and my students did most of the work, but you know I had to get my hands dirty! Thankful for opportunities for both of my passions to collide!

Recently I got to do a little floral work for my school and our county job fair. We had a beautiful setup, and these were just a small part of the inviting decorations to welcome potential new bulldogs into our room. It’s so much fun when a hobby and passion meet with your career!

Hello! My name is Ashley, and here just a little bit about me!

I have had a passion for floral design for some years now. I am an agriculture teacher, and in my teacher prep program took a floral design course. This course gave me a creative outlet and I learned about the industry while getting to explore and create beautiful designs. Fast forward a few years, and in 2022 I married my best friend. One of the most special parts of our wedding was being able to team up with my Granny to create the floral pieces for our big day! Since then, I have done a few floral pieces for myself, and have recently done the florals for another family member’s wedding. I realized that my passion for floral design had not gone away, and that I wanted to make this a regular activity! I am excited to start this small business as a way to excercise my creativity and make some beautiful pieces for you!

I love working with silk flowers, but also have experience working with live plants as well. I can do any variety of arrangements, and would love if you would consider me for your next floral need.
