Day 1 – Seeing the Rabbit Anew.
The rabbit has always been there—at the edge of the yard, in the corner of a field, on a child’s picture book page. Yet most of us rarely see it. We glance, name it “rabbit,” and move on.
Try, for one day, to look at the rabbit the way a field naturalist or Jane Goodall might: as a quiet presence with a life of its own. Imagine its heartbeat quickening at each sound, its ears constantly reading the world, its eyes always scanning for danger.
This is not an ornament of spring or easter but a small, beating life.
Today’s invitation is simple: remember that every rabbit you see is an individual story in fur, moving through the world alongside yours.
