Just so everyone knows we always create an event for our upcoming shows. All you have to do under the profile photo where it shows you photos, reviews all that stuff you’ll see something that says events click on events and you’ll see all of our upcoming events, including buckle series, jackpots, big shows .

CCFA BUCKLE SERIES – CHAMPIONSHIP TIE-BREAKER ANNOUNCEMENT

As we get closer to our Buckle Series Finals, we want everyone to be aware of how any ties for a Championship buckle will be handled.

If two rider/horse teams finish the series tied in total points for 1st place in their division, the tie will be decided during our two Finals shows.

How the tie-breaker will work:

Both tied teams will compete during BOTH Finals shows. Their clean qualifying time from each day will be combined and averaged.

The team with the lowest two-run average will be named the Buckle Series Champion and receive the Championship buckle.

Both runs must be clean, qualifying runs to receive a two-run average.

If neither tied team records two clean qualifying runs, the best single clean qualifying Finals run between the tied teams will determine the Champion.

This tie-breaker applies only when two or more teams are tied in total points for a Championship buckle at the conclusion of the series.

We feel this gives our tied competitors a fair opportunity to settle the Championship in the arena and makes our two-day Finals even more exciting!
