PROM 2026 ✨

This year, I encouraged the prom committee to think beyond the ballroom and create an experience outdoors as well. For the first time, we transformed the outdoor pergola into a photo opportunity for students to enjoy throughout the evening.
The weather was HOT 🥵 during setup, but after praying for sunshine all week, it was worth every minute. Seeing students gather, pose, and enjoy the space made it one of my favorite installations of the night.

This year’s cocktail hour focal point combined two of my favorite design elements: a classic wood Chiara backdrop and the sparkle of our newest silver shimmer wall.

PROM 2026 ✨
The welcome area sets the tone for the entire evening and this year’s prom committee requested a half-arch balloon installation to allow for easier flow through the check-in area. While it was a bit of a design challenge, I loved finding a way to balance functionality with visual impact.

In the end, I was so happy with how it turned out—a beautiful welcome moment for students as they arrived for a night to remember. 🎓✨

From the soft glow of candlelight 🕯️ to the delicate rose bud vases and baby’s breath accents, every element was intentionally designed to create an atmosphere that felt elegant, romantic, and effortlessly sophisticated.

The bride envisioned a clean, romantic tablescape with soft white roses, delicate baby’s breath, glowing taper candles, and floating candlelight throughout the room 🕯️🤍
And once the sun set… the ambience completely transformed the space into something magical.

As a designer, I always believe the focal point of the evening should be centered around the couple. The speeches, the laughter, the stolen glances… so many unforgettable moments happen right here.
