Here’s what it includes:
- At-home cheek swab kit you order online and mail back.
- Clear results to review with your heart team.
- Testing for your family at no cost if your result is positive.

If you or a close family member has been diagnosed with ARVC (also known as ACM), DCM, HCM, or another cardiomyopathy, this is a chance to better understand your family’s risk and guide care.
