Still buried in snow up here in , but the “warmer” weather coming this week has me thinking about all those spring blooms that are waiting patiently for the snow to melt.

I’ve got tulips, allium, Lily of the valley and Iris’ snuggled in and ready for spring. What’s in your garden??

Today has been a cozy, sit by the fire, watch garbage on Netflix kind of day. I’m not good at slowing down…. but it is needed sometimes. Plus I made my first …. Limes, Rosemary, Vanilla and cinnamon stick. My house smells amazing!!

I also spent some time scrolling back through all the pics and videos I took from last weekends wedding and found this gem! When given the opportunity, always do a candlelit path.

Still here! Just been living in my garden and working on projects around this place as I prep for upcoming weddings. Also, if I’m honest, it’s been really nice not worrying about IG so much….anyone else feel like it’s a chore most days?

Anyways, hope you are enjoying some sunshine and pretty flowers on this holiday weekend! We will be hosting family, finding a lake to play in, and celebrating our first 4th of July in Idaho!

It’s been a L O N G, crazy week. The house had major electrical issues Monday night, which resulted in a visit from the FD and a night sleeping in the trailer. And the rest of the week just sort of fell in line with the tone of Monday’s crazy.

Thankfully, there were a couple of bright spots to keep us going the last few day, including this editorial being featured in !!

Spring is my favorite. Until summer, then summer is my favorite. Until fall…. 😂 Florist problems. It’s so hard to pick a favorite season! What I do know is that spring and all of the life that returns to the garden is hard to beat. Especially after months of snow.

This year we are especially looking forward to spring because we will finally get to see what our new yard really looks like! Ready for all of the projects! 🚜 💪🏼 🐥 💐

Sunday morning coffee & scroll… I just came across these beauties on Pinterest and will be researching if I can grow them in my zone and if they are a good / lasting cut flower.

The sun is shining here in our little corner of Idaho and it’s got me dreaming about all the flowers I want to grow in our new garden this spring!

I always try to incorporate at least one or two flower varieties in the brides bouquet that I grew myself. In this one for Nicole, I added Kent Beauty Oregano which is such a pretty texture for bouquets.

But first, need to do some research because we are in a totally different zone and the weather here is colder / warmer than in Western Wa.
