This is my Sous Chef and my #1 ride-or-die since the very beginning of Justine-Thyme Catering.
A proud Tuscaloosa, Alabama native, Ralph is a natural in the kitchen. He’s one of the fastest and I mean FASTEST, hardest-working people you’ll ever meet. He’s always moving, always anticipating the next step, and somehow makes even the busiest events run effortlessly.
Everyone who meets Ralph loves him. He’s hilarious, dependable, and the kind of teammate every Chef hopes to have. People like Ralph don’t come around every day, and I never take that for granted.
Thank you for everything you do, Ralph. You truly are the GOAT. I’m blessed to call you my Sous Chef but even more blessed to call you my Dad. ❤️
