I have been a school bus driver for the past 6 years and love it. I'm currently attending MCC and planning on graduating Spring of 2025 with my associate's in business management and my entrepreneurship certification. When I was pregnant with my first little girl, my family and friends came together to give me the BEST baby shower I could have asked for! And then there was my bridal shower, which
was also phenomenal! However, there's one person that I owe lots of credit to that really showed me how to put a great party together with DIY's and just putting thoughts and ideas together and being creative, while having lots of fun... my one and only sister-in-law! When my girls were really young, she was always there to help me plan, made the cutest DIY projects, and just helped me simply put creative ideas together. That's when I started to realize that I really enjoy planning parties. From the set up to the cleanup, choosing the theme, organizing the party, the diy projects, the decorations (balloon arches and balloon decor especially), the goodie bags, and so much more! The best part of party planning for me, however, is the look of happiness on the birthday hosts/guests face when they see the decorations and the work I put into the party! Many guests have complimented my work and have told me that I need to plan parties professionally, which is why I decided to go back to school. I would love to own my own events planning business, and I feel this is the best place to start!
