Kyra + Ben. Where do I even start? From a first look on the docks in Meredith to a boat ride around the bay, to an stunning ceremony overlooking the lake, to an EPIC dance party, these two packed their day with all the things they love most: adventure, their people, and a ridiculous amount of joy.

I fear that I’ve once again photographed my new favorite session for my four favorite people 😍. Let this be your reminder that family photos are about capturing the moments that matter, even if they’re for 20 minutes in the backyard - because one day your baby won’t have those funny curls over his ears and your toddler will be too tall to throw in the air.

Two of the most common questions I get asked before sessions:
1. Can we bring our dog? — OBVIOUSLY yes. Always yes.

2. Is it weird if we jump in the water at the end? — If it is… then let’s get weird.  
Honestly, if it’s 90 degrees and you’re not ending your session soaked and laughing in a lake somewhere, are you even doing summer right?

When a shoot includes both a pup and a spontaneous splash — it’s like the creative universe aligns, and we get pure chef’s kiss magic.

Bring the dog. Pack a towel. Let’s make it fun.
