When thinking about your wedding décor and where it makes the most sense to spend the budget, think about two things:
First, your guests. Where will their attention be? Do you want to make an epic first impression with a statement arrangement on the welcome table? Maybe you want to save the impression for a grand reveal at the reception. Or maybe you'll prioritize the interactive moments: the guest book table, the bar, the es**rt card display or seating chart...
Second, the photos. Where are the "hot spots" of the night that your photographer will be capturing images? Obviously the altar, but also where are speeches happening? Your grand entrance? What's in the background of the dance floor while you and your partner share your first dance? These are all great moments that you may want to "dress up" with a little decor in the photos.
