ANNOUNCEMENT - Please read so you can have all details. :)

Alyssa and Rachael have expanded in the wedding industry and want to tell you what that means for Reigning Oaks, LLC..

For the past few years Alyssa and I have dedicated our heart and souls to helping you plan and design your events. We loved meeting so many of your families and friends, seeing new places and receiving your kind referrals. With every business there is growth and Alyssa and I have made some decisions about our own growth. So here is the scoop :

Update from Rachael - Recently, my husband and I purchased a home with 6533 sq ft, large yard with incredible gardens that overlooks the Wisconsin river. Within our home is several great rooms, large dining room, several bedrooms and bathrooms and room to celebrate your biggest days. Rachael will be using the space as her primary residence on the third floor, but also as an opportunity to keep the communities love for this home to be used for your next baby shower, bridal shower, bachelorette parties, getting ready places before the wedding and even yes - small intimate weddings of 40 or less guests. There are so many more details that go along with this - but for now stay tuned. If you know someone or have an event coming yourself - please reach out to Rachael directly and she will set you up with a tour and guide you through her process for booking the spaces that would be available. Rachael also has rental napkins, linens, décor, chairs, chair covers, arches and more. Keep your eyes peeled for more details as they come.

Update from Alyssa - Alyssa will be in later 2023 creating a bridal boutique in person - in her OWN SPACE!!! Her goal is to provide bridal gowns, bridal accessories and be open based on appointment. She wants to give you the ultimate experience when trying on bridal gowns and make sure you are set for your wedding day and confident in your purchase. Stay tuned for more details as this is IN PROGRESS. She also has started school for Health and Wellness and hoping to combine her love for health and wellness with parts of the wedding industry. We have found several brides/bridesmaids are always looking for ways to feel and look their best the day of!

In all - please note we are not accepting any events moving forward. We will HONOR ALL committed dates in 2022 and 2023.

Whoop whoop! Getting married in Wisconsin? Check this out!

It’s Official!! The changes to Wisconsin’s marriage license laws went into effect on July 1, 2022.

1. Marriage licenses can now be applied for in any county within Wisconsin, regardless of your residency. (previously you had to apply in the county of residence if a Wisconsin resident, or in the county you were getting married in if you were an out of state resident)

2. Marriage licenses are now valid up to 60 days prior to your ceremony (this changed from 30 days prior).

3. The waiting period has been reduced to 3 days, meaning that you must apply at a minimum of 3 days prior to your ceremony. (The prior waiting period was 5 days)

4. Wedding officiants or couples can now submit marriage certificates (following the ceremony) to any Register of Deeds office in Wisconsin (This previously had to be done in the county that the marriage license took place).

I am so proud of our legislators for approving this legislation and making these changes that will only continue to improve our ability to serve our constituents!

We are changing our name! As most of you know, we both grew our families by one during our first year of business. Little Oaklyn and Little Reign came into the world with so much love. We wanted to honor our families for helping us and encouraging us during that very difficult first year. With that said, we are now Reigning Oaks, LLC!!! Thank you to everyone for the love and support :)

Almost have our vendor team completed for our upcoming styled shoot this July! We will be having a second shoot in Wisconsin Rapids once the venue confirms and will be able to create another vendor team for that one so stay tuned if you weren't in our selection team this time!

We love doing styled shoots. Meeting new people, putting together something so beautiful and working with individuals who love the wedding industry like we do.

With that said - we found our first group for our classic fairytale styled shoot. Matt & Alyse. We loved working for them on their actual wedding day in April 2021 & now we are excited to work with them for this project!

Our 2nd group will be announced tomorrow.

We will be doing a total of 2 styled shoots for 2022 so keep your eyes peeled for more opportunities!

As many of you have seen we are working on our next styled shoot. This means we need a "bride & groom", whether that is a real couple or two singles who are comfortable in a wedding atmosphere for photos and video!

These are made by one of our very talented vendors Mad Baker Sweets LLC . We love working with her on weddings. We don't partner with just any vendor. We sit down and interview them. Try their stuff or review their portfolio and make sure their business aligns well with ours! The reason we choose Mad Baker Sweets,LLC as a partnered vendor is for a few reasons!

1. Her talent in artistry in cake form is incredible. Bonus that the cake tastes just as good as they look!

You get an incredibly newly built reception room, beautiful bridal suite for all your bridesmaids & bride, beautiful patio option for ceremony location with stunning water backdrop! I could go on.
