Mark your calendar: our annual Independence Day Celebration takes place on July 4, 2025, at Elm Street Plaza. From 2pm — 9:30pm, the Plaza will come alive with live music, caricature drawing, balloon twisters, and face painting. Fireworks will begin at dusk behind the municipal building.

Seventeen years in the making, built piece by piece – Burnie T’s 1952 MGTD Replica is a true labor of love. Outfitted with a Ford drivetrain, Mustang II front end, and a 1971 Pinto engine, this unique ride offers what Burnie calls a “go-kart” driving experience.

A vintage racing car like no other. Dan P. and his brother only had pictures to reference, but they painstakingly recreated the car that his brother used to race as a teenager. They made sure it was both street and race legal, and it has since hit the tracks at vintage car races in Wisconsin Dells, La Crosse, Golden Sands, and Wisconsin Rapids.
