We loved last week's meal, especially for Valentines Day. Creamy roasted red pepper soup, balsamic marinated strawberries with sweetened ricotta and Mazama baguette, marinated flat iron and oven roasted Dijon potatoes, followed by our special beet mash cake with beet buttercream frosting and wine paired by Colbey Breed, from Glover Street Market. Callie and I are so happy that people enjoyed the meal.
