Fresh Picked Herbs as of August 13th, going out on the stand TONIGHT!! $2.75 a package.

We accept Cash or Venmo

Will be in the cooler, on reusable ice packs and packaged.

Parsley:
Use as a grnish, turn into a pesto, or salad.
I use it to make avacado, tomato, & cucumber salad.

Rosemary:
Complements protein like chicken, lamb, and fish, and pairs well with vegetables like potatoes, onions, and mushrooms. Amazing in chicken noodle soup, homemade bread, or compote butter.

Oregano:
Enhances the flavor of tomato-based sauces, pizza, pasta, soups, stews, and various meat dishes like chicken, lamb, and beef. It can also be used in marinades, dressings, and even as a flavoring for bread and pizza dough.

Features:
Sunflower, Floret daughter zinnias, Champagne Stocks, fresh herbs (edible - dill & basil), and English lavender.

What did we make with some of herbs?

Dill Pickle Cheddar Herb Dip

2-8oz of Cream Cheese
2 cups of Sour Cream
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of Chives, Dill, and Onion Scaves
1 TBSP of lemon juice
3 TBSP of Dill Pickle Juice
3 Chopped Dill Pickle

Add all above ingredients in food proccessor until combined. Scrape into a glass or cover storage container. Serve with your choice of veggies, cheese, crackers, and chips.

You can spread on bread with lunch meat, cheese, and lettuce.

Makes a great pool side dip!!

🥦🥕🌶️🥔Little Garden Update🥔🌶️🥕🥦

We are in our first season growing Stox and what a sight!

We are going to let these beauties keep growing. They will need a support netting, which I am probably behind with installing. We will make it work.

We have 8 cabbage and broccoli plants coming in, such an exciting time! Our raspberries are in, unfortneatly the kids keep eating them off the vine ( what a memory) so we are looking to expand our berry patch for 2027, with hope to have more to freeze and put on the stand.

I have only a handful of sunflowers and zinnias planted this season. I planted zinnia seeds that were collected from last year Mother Floret Farm Zinnias, so I am nervous to see what becomes of our focal flower.

🎃In addition we have 6 Halloween Pumpkin plants coming in, which will all need a trim, so we can focus on growing quality large pumpkins this season. After the frustration of shopping and season pumpkins cost $6, I wanted to grow our own pumpkins this season. If we have more than enough, you can guarantee we will have them for sale for half the cost.

Everyday it is a struggle juggling the garden. We will be laying down landscaping fabric and installing our fence at the end of the season. I have not ordered any tulips for next season, and not sure if I will. I would love to have a U-Pick Field, and I know how a refrigerator to store the tulips, and focus on growing larger quantity. With a delay in ordering Tulips, it becomes harder to get the tulips we want to grow.
