As we close out another All-Star Cheer season, my heart is so full. 💙

Year 29 of coaching… and somehow it never gets old. Every season brings new athletes, new challenges, new victories, and moments that remind me exactly why I started this journey in the first place.

When we rebranded from Tri-State Tigers to ONE All Stars, we chose a motto that truly represents who we are: ONE goal, ONE dream, ONE family. And after all these years… that still holds true in everything we do.

My coaching has always been about more than just skills, routines, or trophies. It’s rooted in the 7 Habits—teaching accountability, leadership, teamwork, and what it means to show up for yourself and others. It’s about building confidence in each athlete so they believe in who they are, not just on the mat, but in life. Most importantly, it’s about creating a safe place where every athlete feels valued, supported, and like they truly belong.

My goal has always been to help create exceptional human beings—strong, kind, resilient individuals who carry these lessons far beyond cheer.

To my athletes—you are the reason. Thank you for trusting me, for pushing through hard days, for celebrating the big wins, and for growing into incredible young people. I’m so proud of each and every one of you.

To the families—thank you for your support, your time, and for sharing your kids with me. It truly means everything.
