An amazing sneak peek of Griffin’s Bar Mitzvah from the incredibly talented that I simply had to share!
The room accomplished all the goals set forth by the guest of honor: it had to be red (his favorite color!), cool, and have lots of games. I say, “mission accomplished!!”

From the first picture to the last, this set up did not disappoint. And it didn’t hurt that the sunset went ahead and matched the color palette for the event! I cannot remember ever seeing a sunset that beautiful here in central Florida. Scroll for the progression - you won’t regret it!

This cake!!
The cake at Emily + Jonny’s wedding was a true showstopper! Created by the unbelievably talented Alejandra with , it was a feast for the eyes (and eventually, the taste buds!).
The cake meadow, designed by the incredible was lush and lavish and provided the perfect base for the 4-tiered cake. Alejandra placed each and every flower on the cake to maintain the garden-like feel. The blush and white backdrop framed out this stunning “cake story” to complete the look.
Oh - and can we talk about the mini cake just for the couple’s dog?! He stood proudly on his own and provided the perfect cake for the bride and groom to cut into - yum!

The head tables at Emily + Jonny’s wedding flanked the custom-wrapped dance floor and anchored the room. With “clouds” of baby’s breath and flowers floating above the table and bunches flowers running down the center, it was truly a dream - a modern fairytale 🩷🌸. Clear acrylic tables and chairs, mirrored chargers, and lots of candles rounded out the look. There were so many custom details on all the tables that I cannot wait share next!

So many stunning details from Emily + Jonny’s wedding this weekend that I hardly know where to start!
This was the gorgeous floral display that greeted guests upon arrival in the entryway and it certainly deserves its own post! Created by the amazingly talented , it featured all shades of pink, from baby’s breath and blush to deep reds and burgundy. This 360-degree “WOW” moment set the tone for what was to come (which I cannot wait to share soon!).

“May the force be with you!” I cannot possibly let May Fourth go by without thinking of Grant’s amazing Bar Mitzvah. We had so many details and surprises - we kept the guests guessing what would come next all night long. It was definitely one of the most epic mitzvahs I’ve had the honor of planning in the last 16 years. And as an added bonus, I gained some wonderful new friends 😊

All the pretty for Gabby’s shower. I love the simplicity and elegance of the table - all white linens to let those gorgeous and unique flowers really shine.

The flowers were everything at Cindi’s birthday celebration! Amidst all the sparkling disco balls and silver shimmer, the pink floral designs provided much-needed femininity and warmth.
crushed it with their insanely beautiful creations!
Shown here are the double bar with cascading flowers mixed with disco balls as well as a giant floral tower; a photo-op for guests with 8’, 6’, and 4’ giant spheres adorned with florals, and a single bar. It all still takes my breath away as I enjoy this sneak peek of photos!

Still smiling as I think about Charlyne + Kent’s wedding. It was Covid, so they kept it small. But the size only made the celebration that much more intimate and special. The design was classic, simple, elegant, inviting and warm (just like the couple themselves). Oh, and did I mention the entire wedding was planned in 3 weeks?!

Thanksgiving details…. Inspiration hit when I first laid my eyes on the gorgeous and festive checked linens. Then I found the adorable mini cloche glass jars that I knew would be perfect for mini cupcakes at the center of each place setting. Wood accents with the chairs, chargers and placecards provided depth and texture. Stunning flowers in green glass jars created beauty and warmth. Custom details like painted macarons and floral cupcakes in Thanksgiving colors were fun and festive (and delicious!). Add in family and friends and my Thanksgiving table was complete!

No matter which way you view it, the tablescape at Carley’s Baby Shower was simply beautiful! I love how soft and delicate everything was, creating a sophisticated yet fun design at which guests could visit and dine. The flowers were incredible, mixing elegance with a touch of boho. And now the details from this amazing grand opening celebration!
The goal was to show off the new facility, so we really didn’t want too many distractions - just things to highlight the building and the campaign.
We decided to make a progressive menu, with food and drinks aligning with what each floor showcased. We had a grazing station in the library/student center; a build-your-own pokee bowl in the robotics/imagination station; liquid nitrogen ice cream bar near the math and science department; and champagne with strawberry shortcake in the event gallery on the top floor. Guests were thrilled to peruse each level, exploring the new spaces and grabbing a bite to eat along the way. A huge shoutout to the team at for traveling 4 floors and
all 71,000 square feet of event space - that must be a record! We especially loved the Porter Potato bites appetizers (porterhouse steak and potatoes) in honor of the naming sponsors at the Porter Center for Innovation and Academics.
For the record: yes, I was obsessed with the ribbon-cutting robot created by the folks at Lake Highland 😉🤖. And I logged over 20,000 steps 😉

Oh how I love all the details! And Jessica + Adam’s camping-themed rehearsal dinner had so many to share!
It started with the gingham linens and denim napkins… From there, we added custom metal camping cups and individual, custom s’mores boxes at each place setting (with a tag that read, “let’s celebrate s’more tomorrow!”). During the night, guests toasted the bride and groom with custom drink pouches filled with bug juice, aka champagne.
All I can say is, “Let the adventure begin!”

This proposal was just too incredible not to revisit! This amazing surprise took place at a private lakeside residence in Winter Park. The setting was stunning: a strings quartet serenading the couple as they arrived, champagne waiting on ice, and the most incredible flowers you could imagine. Add in the couples family and friends as witnesses and the answer was a resounding “YES!”

Their vision came to life with velvet green accents as a nod to the groom’s dinner jacket, amidst beautiful candlelight and florals. Simply put, the end result was stunning and the perfect start to their marriage. So much love for Casey + Alex 💚

Now that she’s safely tucked away at Brown, I thought it was a good time to relive this stunning, intimate graduation celebration for Maddie.
All she wanted was to feel like she was surrounded by greenery, and I think we certainly made that happen! With the help of the amazingly talented Maribel of .us we successfully brought the outdoors in, and the end result could not have been more perfect.
And ps - how adorable are the bear place cards by Margaret at ?! Yes, that was a rhetorical question lol 😉

Talk about a transformation!!! Swipe ➡️ to see the before pic and then you’ll understand the complete change!
It all started when bride wanted to surprise her groom with a Whiskey Lounge… Fast forward a few months and a bunch of brainstorming and we decided to go all out! We draped the entire room, covered the chandeliers with custom spandex drums featuring their custom monogram, brought in all new furniture (lots of leather!), and added a nice selection of whiskey for the groom and the guests to enjoy. It was an immediate hit and an amazing surprise for the unsuspecting groom. A great place for guests to have a drink, chill out and visit.

It was all about the bars and the barn for Valerie’s 50th! Ok - it was definitely also about the friends, family, food and fun - but more on that later…
We focused on bringing Valerie’s love of her horses and her beautiful stable to everything for her milestone party. Then we added an amazing tent, delicious food, beautiful florals, and high-energy friends to create the magic. What a night!!

SO many amazing details at Grant’s Bar Mitzvah last month - too many for just one post, but at least this is a good start!
The Storm Trooper holding up one of the custom cookies is a favorite for me! I think he’s smiling - would you agree 😉!?
The light up pendant necklaces with Grant’s logo were a huge hit (how could they not be?!).
There’s nothing I love more than a candy buffet… except maybe seeing the client’s reactions as they discover all the surprise custom details 💙
Custom pillows on all the furniture were beautifully accented with stunning and unique floral centerpieces that added warmth in the room.
Rachel’s dress could not have been more perfect for her son’s Bar Mitzvah. Bravo!
And finally, a mirror with Grant’s logo was a perfect sign-in board for guests.

When the theme is Star Wars, the mitzvah celebration needs to be epic and all I can say is…”mission accomplished!” Custom designed spandex drums measuring 10 feet wide covered all 6 chandeliers in the ballroom, with an LED backlit wall to frame them out. It was truly magical!

Jedi Fueling Station candy buffet for the most amazing Star Wars Bar Mitzvah! Of course I couldn’t let the opportunity for a little customization pass me by… check out the “Chewie’s Padawan Kids” and “Jedi Sweet Tarts” all dressed up as lightsabers! They were a hit with kids and adults alike! Such fun details for guests to discover.

Such a fun Bar Mitzvah invitation that I had to share…. It was definitely a labor of love putting all the elements together, but the finished product was definitely worth it! In case you’re wondering, this was a gaming-themed Bar Mitzvah for a boy who loves the color red and it was a complete custom design. If you’re a gamer, you’ll recognize the Fortnite font on the back of the party card - this was a nod to what was to come! Last week I had the honor of planning and co-chairing the annual gala for Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida. What a way to close out 2023 with a BANG! This “new year new home” party was such a fun evening for friends to celebrate the new year as well as welcome guests to their new home. This event benefits Planned Parenthood and has grown from just an idea among friends to an annual, regional benefit, duplicated in other parts of the state. What a celebration! I was honored to help plan the Grand Opening of the Porter Center for Innovation and Academics at Lake Highland Prep earlier this month. This event celebrated the donors who helped get the building off the ground and gave them an opportunity to tour the facility and see the spaces they “named.” I was astounded to watch the progress from my first hard hat tour until the event just a few months later. The difference between the videos I took in July versus September were astounding. The details and amount of thought that went into this 71,000sf facility are simply unbelievable. I can’t wait to show more from the party! Lake Highland holds a special place in my heart since my kids both graduated from there. I spent 14 years as a proud parent volunteering, cheering at sporting events, and supporting the community that we called home for so long.
