Happy Holidays to our loyal ChiliPepper ™ following. We have been inundated with texts, messages and phone calls concerning a misguided event happening tonight at an establishment in North Denver (The Highlands).

The Bar at Plaza38 is NOT affiliated with the ChiliPepper ™ and we are not supporting this event. This venue [does] attract the same Target Market and is trying to capitalize on our ChiliPepper ™ Brand.

The ChiliPepper ™ Concept is registered with the Colorado Secretary of State (ID # 20241935454) and we will protect our Tradename at all costs. Our loyal followers deserve that from us.

If you were around for the original ChiliPepper Restaurant back in the early two-thousands, you know that the trademark of the restaurant was the amazing patio – overlooking the brilliance of the downtown Denver skyline. Currently, we would never host a ChiliPepper ™ event at The Bar at Plaza38 because it is just a long food-court that sells alcohol. That is outside of our requirements to be a “Host Venue.”

This is the second time this establishment has tried to infringe on our Tradename, and we are now forced to retain Legal Representation with a Cease-and-Desist Letter.

We wish the best for The Bar at Plaza38, but we also need to protect our ChiliPepper ™ Brand and not be misrepresented by a [food-court] venue outside of our scope of operation.

We are extremely sorry for any inconveniences this situation may have caused you while making plans for your evening.

Q - Is the ChiliPepper Reunion at the same location and part of the Winter Park Jazz Festival?

A - No, they are two separate events at two different locations (15-minute walk between both events). The ChiliPepper Reunion will begin right after the WPJF on Saturday 7/20 (approx 6:30pm).

Q - Do you need to be 21 years of age to attend the ChiliPepper Reunion?

A - There are no age restrictions. However, wristbands will be provided for adults 21 or over to obtain alcohol.

Q - Seating

A - Ground Level and Balcony VIP will have tables & chairs.
* General Admission, you will need to bring your own folding chair.

Q - When will tickets go on sale and how much are they?

A - Tickets will be available once the Eventbrite Portal is formatted (hoping to be ready by Valentines Day).

* General Admission: $25.00 (bring your own folding chair)
* VIP Balcony: $35.00 (tables and chairs provided)
* VIP Ground Level: $45.00 (tables and chairs provided)
