Pictured is a very inventive Tutto Pomo d'oro... We honor the “golden fruit” of Italy - Tomatoes! Prepared 5 ways: Tartare, Jelly, Crumble, Sweet Coulis, & Granita. A beautiful contrast of textures, flavors, and colors highlights this versatile staple of Italian cuisine. Paired with Susumaniello Rosé IGP, Feudi Salentini from Puglia.

Magical Dining is coming! Have you made reservations? We're on our family vacation in Italy right now getting inspired for new dishes and wines to add to the menu this fall! We can't wait to see you all starting Friday 8/26.

VINIA is proud to be participating in from August 26 – October 2 with a wonderful three-course, prix-fixe dinner for just $40 per person. Plus, through Visit Orlando, $1 from each meal served will benefit The Able Trust, an organization helping to expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities in Central Florida.

It’s time to say goodbye... to our summer menu! If you love our Shish*to Peppers, Cod Cream Empanada, Limoncello & Blueberry Tiramisu, our beautiful Vegetable Terrine, and the delightful summer HOUSE MADE Ravioli, a colorful purple beet pasta filled with ricotta & goat cheese, topped with orange segments, pistachio, spinach crema, and tangerine agrumato, come visit us this week to enjoy them for the last time.

We hate to see it go! But don't worry, fall flavors are around the corner.

VINIA will be closed for family vacation from 8/9 - 8/24. When we return, we promise to introduce new dishes and wines, just as beautiful and delicious to celebrate the fall season!

This month's Ravioli Fatti a Mano house-made pasta creation is a colorful Purple Beet Ravioli filled with Ricotta & Goat Cheese, topped with Orange Segments, Pistachio , Spinach Crema, and Tangerine Agrumato.

Our plant-based dishes are just as beautiful and delicious as their traditional counterparts. This is the NEW Risotto Viola Alla Crema Bianca e Profumo d'Arancia - Red Wine Risotto topped with either Goat Cheese Crema or Plant-Based White Crema, Orange Flowers & Zest - served only during Fabio's Table 5-course dinner experience every Saturday this April.

Fabio pairs it with Bourgogne Pinot Noir "Les Fortunés", Domaine Chanzy from Bourgogne, France. The lightness and acidity of this delicious Bourgogne Pinot make it an ideal pairing for the delicate risotto, rich in umami.
