First and foremost, all glory, honor, and praise belong to God. We are so grateful that He has entrusted us to be good stewards of everything He has blessed us with.
My husband and I, with our 2 youngest kids moved to Florida 6 years ago in the midst of Covid. Nothing more than a few trash bags of clothes, a couple hundred dollars with not even a hotel room booked. We knew God needed us to move and thatâs it. We knew nothing more. Our plan wasnât to move until the last 2 kids graduated. Welp, God had other plans.
Since Reds Catering & Concessions opened its doors we have ministered to countless broken children, uplifted their spirits, prayed with parents,prayed with coaches,fed thousands of people and those that just didnât have enough, we make sure they eat anyway. No child left hungry on our watch.
This past month we celebrated 5 years of owning and operating Reds Catering & Concessions, and what an incredible honor it has been.

and The Ritz
Food isnât just what we doâfood is our ministry. We pour our hearts and souls into every dish we prepare, and before every meal leaves our hands, we pray that it nourishes, encourages, and blesses every person it comes in contact with.
Our prayer is that God continues to use us, allowing His light to shine through our food and through our story. If even one person experiences His love because of what we do, then every sacrifice has been worth it.
To everyone who has supported us throughout this journeyâthank you. Your encouragement, prayers, business, and belief in us have meant more than youâll ever know.
And to those who didnât believe in us, we understand. Sometimes God reveals a vision to you before He reveals it to anyone else, and thatâs okay. Weâve learned that our assignment isnât to convince everyoneâitâs to remain faithful. Weâre learning to care less about peopleâs opinions and more about the mission God has placed before us: keeping our eyes on Christ and sharing His goodness wherever He leads us.
This journey has been far from easy, but we know every obstacle has had a purpose. When God gets the glory in the end, every trial becomes part of the testimony.
One thing weâve learned is this: when you ask God to use you and surrender your life to Christ, it is no longer your planâitâs His. We are simply blessed to be along for the ride. Stay faithful. Keep Him first. Trust His timing. He truly does give the desires of your heart when your heart is aligned with His will.
As Sarah Jakes Roberts said:
âYou a bad somebody when you realize even this trouble is still working in your favor.â
To God be all the gloryâfor every open door, every lesson, every challenge, and every blessing.
