NOI DJ Noi is one of the few hardcore DJ's out of the south. North Carolina's champion Happy Hardcore DJ curated an onslaught of upfront hardcore and jungle cuts.

He is one of the founders of Winston-Salem's Happy Vibe. They are a crew that started in 1998.
