A quick & easy really comes in clutch when you live in a household 😂 A couple of hard boiled eggs, Jalapeño , fig balsamic , local cheese from Ashe County that I scooped up from along with their lunchbox peppers, habanadas, & watermelon radishes I pickled myself 👩🏻‍🍳 What’s your go-to gf easy meal? 🥚🧀🫑🌶️

My 5th fully in the books! 🍽️ As usual, ‘s recipe was a winner (with a little herb butter addition) 🦃 Thanks to for the yummy GF crescent roll mix 🥐 stuffing mix was tasty as ever (added some sautéed mirepoix & breakfast sausage to make it more like grandma’s)🤤 And a HUGE shoutout out to & her BOMB recipe that was super easy to adapt to gf 🧀

Today’s is some nostalgic Mexican comfort food! Chorizo & egg tacos were a staple growing up that was quick, cheap, & delicious! 🤤 Sauté some chorizo, add your beaten eggs, cook til done! Serve with warm tortillas, cheese, & pickled jalapeños. 💃🏽❤️‍🔥🌮

If you like turkey sandwiches, I HIGHLY recommend picking up a whole breast to roast for the BEST one you’ve had in a hot minute 🦃🥓🌶️🧀🥐🥬🍅 And these croissants are so buttery & delicious, I could cry tears of joy 🥹 I also added bacon, pepper jack, iceberg, & thinly sliced, salt, & pep’d tomatoes 🤤🤤🤤

Last day in & I had to check out which has a fine selection of food including this crispy chicken sandwich 🐔 that I got with ginger veggies which is a delicious slaw tossed with an amazing ginger sauce. The bun was soft, chicken tenders were crispy, & the ranch and pickles were house made. They also have a grab & go selection of sides, dips, dressings, & casseroles, of which I bought two! Definitely a new go-to restaurant when I’m in the area! 😋

Be still my heart! 💗 I’m in Wilmington for work this week & got to treat myself to my FAVORITE restaurant 🤤 Tonight I got all the specials (minus the soy on the broccolini) & they were absolutely delicious! Last night, I was tired so I got some take out paella & as usual, it did not disappoint. 💫💫💫 Excellent service, phenomenal food, & very gf friendly!!! Check them out if you’re ever fortunate enough to be near by.

Another feast on this 🫡🇺🇸 Local grass fed burgers & brats from on buns 🍔🌭 homemade jalapeño cole slaw with 🤤 Italian pasta salad with pepperoni, brown rice & quinoa rotini, olives, peppers, mozzarella, & a homemade vinaigrette 🫒🌶 and watermelon agua fresca with fresh strawberry slices 🍉🍓

in full swing! 👩🏻‍🍳 cups for an easy grab & go breakfast bite 🥓🍳🧀 Chicken drumsticks, mashed potatoes, & wilted spinach with garlic, onions, & mushroom guts (leftover from hollowing out portobellos last week). 🍗🥔🥬 Meal prep helps me prevent the food anxiety I get when there isn’t something readily available for me to take for lunch or breakfast & working 40 hours a week. Anxiety or not, do you meal prep? What are some of your go-to ideas?
