Wind Advisory & Weather Policy
At Splash N’ Jump Rentals SC, the safety of our customers, their guests, and our equipment is our number one priority.
Wind Advisory: Ia wind advisory has been issued for our service area starting Saturday morning at 2am and lasting till 8pm Sunday. With sustained winds 10-20 mph and wind gusts of 35mph these are unsafe levels, we reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any inflatable delivery or rental.
For safety reasons, we will not set up or allow our inflatables to be operated when wind speeds or gusts exceed the manufacturer’s recommended limits. Our general policy is to suspend operation when winds reach 15 mph or higher, or sooner if conditions are unsafe.
Weather Monitoring: We continuously monitor weather conditions before and during rentals. If severe weather, strong winds, thunderstorms, or other hazardous conditions develop, customers must follow our instructions to shut down the inflatable and keep all guests off the equipment until conditions are safe.
Cancellations: If we determine that weather conditions make delivery or operation unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the rental. Customer safety will always come first.

Payment & No-Refund Policy
Once the inflatable has been delivered and set up, the customer is responsible for the full rental payment. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or the customer’s inability to use the inflatable after delivery and setup, including situations involving wind advisories, rain, or other weather-related circumstances.
Customer safety is our number one priority. If weather conditions become unsafe, the inflatable must be shut down immediately, and all guests must exit the unit.
