So much heart goes into making sushi...
I had my first shot at managing a sushi restaurant when I took over an empty section of the family restaurant and introduced sushi to my customers. It was a challenge that I will never regret accepting. I had the opportunity to work with some really talented and creative chefs. I quickly learned that It's not just about having fresh fish anymore. Sushi dining has transformed into a culture. A culture built by imagination and creativity. With the help of GD and the support of my family, I took all that experience fused with my imagination and Created Yooshi Sooshi Catering and Event Production. I always do my best to stay ahead. This may sound cocky to you, but wether it's by using the freshest material, or having the best display, I have set a standard that the rest try to copy. Thanks to the almighty, I am fortunate enough to be confident in my work ethic and dedication in order to serve you with the best quality food and presentation.

Both of our live sushi experiences bring chefs on-site to prepare sushi fresh for your guests. The difference is in the level of menu, variety, and presentation.

The Core Experience offers a refined live sushi station with three fish selections and unlimited sushi for two hours.

The VIP Experience expands the menu to five premium fish selections and adds fresh tempura, crispy rice prepared on-site, specialty rolls, and a more elevated nigiri and sashimi presentation.

The VIP is our most popular choice for clients looking to make the sushi station a true focal point of the event.
For smaller gatherings, our platters offer a beautifully presented selection of rolls, nigiri, and sashimi, ready to serve without on-site chef service.
