Want to give a shout out to some great gals! Over the last 2 days we have catered 8 events. Yes, 8 meals in 36 hours! Only one was at Baden Square, so that meant a lot of planning, coordination, and people to help.
Molly, Chloe, Lacey, Savanna, Andrea, and Robyn. Amazing ladies, troopers, and friends. Although they did suggest that the "event scheduler" needed to be fired (I think the real term was shot) lol!
And I definitely could not pull all this off without my right hand guy, Randy aka Lee Waldo . He's been there loading, hauling, cutting and serving.
