✨ Meet The Crew Behind The Moment ✨

When people tour our venue or attend a wedding, they often see the beautiful spaces, landscaping, décor, and spotless facilities—but what they don’t always see is the incredible team working behind the scenes to make it all happen.

We are beyond thankful for each member of our crew and the role they play in keeping The Moment Wedding & Event Venue looking its very best.

🧹 Shannon Binder works hard to keep our bridal and groom suites fresh and welcoming, our windows crystal clear, and our bathrooms spotless for every event.

✨ Stephanie Neel puts in countless hours keeping our floors looking like new week after week, while also helping with the many odds and ends that come with venue life.

🍸 Beth Williamson does an amazing job making sure our kitchen and bar areas stay clean, organized, and ready for every celebration.

🪑 Emah Jimenez, our newest team member, takes great pride in ensuring every chair is clean, white, and wedding-ready. She also helps maintain and organize our tables and chairs after each event.

🌿 Mitchell’s Lawn Care has been with us since the very beginning. Their dedication to weekly mowing, trimming, and w**d control helps keep our grounds looking beautiful year-round.

🌳 Sean Blythe may be one of the owners, but he’s also our landscaper, and handyman. From planting trees and creating beautiful flower/rock beds to building our new roadside sign and landscaping around it, everything you see outside has been created by him.

📋 Cortney Blythe handles the planning, paperwork, tours, scheduling, decorating, social media, and the countless behind-the-scenes details that keep the venue running smoothly and looking beautiful throughout the year.

Running a venue truly takes a village, and we are so grateful for this team & all the others who have helped us in the past . Their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail help create the experience our couples and guests have come to love.
