Due to sudden staffing issues and a complete loss of mojo, we will only be open this Saturday, May 10th, from 5pm until close for music and drinks only (no food service) with Ben Lacy, after which, we will CLOSE the DOORS for the foreseeable future. We want to thank our many loyal patrons and fellow downtown business owners, the many talented musicians who have played with us, our long-term and much-loved staff members, our friends, families, and many others who have been with us along the way.
If things change over time and we get ourselves together, we will post it here, but for now, come see us one last time as we try not to put a tear in your beer over excellent music with Ben Lacy, Saturday, May 10th from 6-9pm. ❤️

About Us:
We’re a large scale, high-energy catering company delivering fresh, delicious meals for events of 50 people to 1000. Our kitchen thrives on speed, teamwork, and quality, and we’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our crew!

What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and assemble menu items (sandwiches, salads, hot dishes, etc.) with speed and precision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the tasting room, front office and bathrooms
• Assist with food prep, inventory, and packaging for delivery
• Collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines for catering orders
• Ensure food safety standards are always met
Who You Are:
• Fast-paced and thrive in a busy kitchen environment
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with great communication skills
• Previous kitchen or catering experience a plus, but not required
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Work catering events serving, grilling, setting up or as a carver on the buffet line
• Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Well organized
