This is how we do things! This nice young man came by the pop up as we were cleaning up. He didn’t have any money with him and wanted to get some food for him and his mom. We loaded him up and he took food home on his scooter and was so appreciative! We really are blessed with the local community for the support. We will continue to provide the best bbq possible because of all of you!

We had a great time in Perris, Ca. for the BBQ, Boots & Brew Festival. Competition BBQ is obviously about trying to cook your best and win, but sometimes you experience times at a competition that are just as good as winning. Anthony from Fire Cups came and hung out with us and brought FireBull Charcoal and Fire Cups and ran boxes. It was awesome hanging out and having his awesome help. We had the best neighbors, Jimmy and Krissy from Pork Bombin BBQ are great friends and amazing people to be around. Lots of laughs and a good time. We had a great cook in my opinion, but they hated our chicken! 11th place ribs, 1st place pork and tied for 1st in brisket and ended up 2nd by a .04 of a point after the tie breaker judges score. Thank you to everyone that helps make it all happen.

Well Dinuba 2025 was a last minute decision to compete but it was a good decision! We are extremely pleased with the results especially in chicken! Anyone that knows chicken has been our weak point and now with a little help from Aaron Huentelman at Go Big or Go BBQ and Mister Brisket we ended up 1st place in chicken with a perfect score! We also finished 5th in pork and barely missed the top 10 in ribs with an 11th. Brisket I don’t know about that one 🤦🏼‍♂️. In the end we were 7th overall. All in all it was a great competition and the City of Dinuba puts on a great event!

We had a great time in Yuma competing! First comp running Gateway Drum Smokers instead of the ole stick burner. City of Yuma puts on one of our favorite events. We are happy with our results- 28th in 🐓 🤦🏼‍♂️ 17th in 🐖, 9th in 🐖 🍖, and 6th in 🐂. We have to thank our friends and family for supporting us and especially our sponsors for making it all possible.
