Cypress Falls Event Center is a hill country style wedding venue on the banks of Cypress Creek with on-site accommodations as well as indoor/outdoor reception space. With an option to extend your celebration to 1am Cypress Falls is your choice for a fun wedding weekend with time to celebrate your big day. Cypress Falls Event Center also hosts corporate events and retreats as well as family reunions, right here in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

✨ What’s inside the folder? A WHOLE lot of wedding-day magic! ✨

One of our favorite parts of what we do here at Cypress Falls Event Center is helping our couples bring their wedding vision to life - long before the wedding day ever arrives. 🤎

This little folder is just one piece of our coordination process! From the first design meeting to the final dance, our coordination team is here to help you feel prepared, organized, and supported every step of the way.

✨ PRE-WEDDING PLANNING INCLUDES:

• Creating a mood board that reflects your wedding style
• Two two-hour design/decor meetings
• Talking through your likes, dislikes, color palette & overall vision
• Assistance with decor design
• Access to our on-site rental decor
• Unlimited recommendations for vendors we know and love
• Detailed event timeline
• Floor plan creation & adjustments
• Vendor site check coordination
• Week-of vendor briefing
• Unlimited email communication with your coordinator during office hours
• Venue setup beginning as early as Wednesday of your wedding week
• A one-hour ceremony rehearsal at the actual ceremony site

💍 AND ON YOUR WEDDING DAY…

You’ll have TWO Cypress Falls coordinators on site for up to 10 hours, helping manage the day from start to finish.

We handle the setup, vendor arrivals, ceremony setup, reception setup, table details, signage, guest direction, ceremony & reception flow, transportation of ceremony items, communication with your DJ or band, vendor cleanup, gifts & cards, to-go meals for the couple, AND the breakdown at the end of the night.

Basically… you get to soak it all in while we handle the details. 🥹🤎

Because your wedding day should be about getting married, celebrating your people, and making memories - not wondering who is going to set up the tables or where the favors are supposed to go.

If you’ve ever stayed with us at The Lodge, chances are you already know Sherry. And if you don’t… well, you’re missing out! ❤️

For 8 YEARS, Sherry has been a huge part of our Lodge family, greeting guests at the front desk, helping you find your way around Wimberley, making your stay a little more comfortable, and somehow always knowing exactly what you need — sometimes before you even ask!

Need directions? Sherry’s got you.
Need something to make your stay extra special? Sherry’s on it.
Traveling with your pup? You better believe that dog is getting extra treats. 🐶🦴

🥂✨ The ceremony was beautiful… but then the PARTY started!

After saying “I do,” Kelsey & Keenan took some time to soak it all in with a beautiful photo session around Cypress Falls. 🤍

Then it was time to celebrate!

Cocktail hour, a delicious dinner from Root Cellar, heartfelt speeches, and plenty of dancing under the disco ball with Bryne Rock DJ made for one unforgettable night. 🪩💃🕺

And what better way to end the evening than with a little sparkle? ✨

Kelsey & Keenan's sparkler exit was the perfect ending to their romantic western wedding day.

From the first moments of getting ready to the last dance, every part of their day was uniquely theirs. 🤍

There are all the little moments in between. ✨

Kelsey and Keenan's wedding day began separately, surrounded by the people who helped make the day so special. There was plenty of laughter, getting ready, and excitement as everyone prepared for the moment they had been waiting for.

And then, just before she walked down the aisle, Kelsey shared a quiet moment with her dad. 🤍
