Whether you want Bar-B-Que, or Classic French Cuisine, to Cajun, we can do it all, My wife says I should not call it Cowboy Bar-B-Que since that makes people think of just one thing...but call me and we can work out whatever menu you want.......

Open Sloughhouse Inn


Well first off I would like to take this chance to thank all of you for your words of encouragement since we started this page. It appears that we were a little late with our offer to lease the Sloughhose Inn and at this point we have been told that the owner is moving forward with a lease offer that was in before ours. As heartbreaking as this is we started this site because we love the Sloughhouse Inn and I only wish the best for whomever it is that will be opening it up.
