If you do not clean properly we charge a $200 cleaning fee. This creates extra work for us plus the extra time to explain and unfortunately argue with some who do not sccept responsibiliry for their lack of effort to leave the building as good as they found it. These issues create bad will with our customers and unnecessary adversarial conversation that disrupt everyone's day. We have to document and communicate what you obviously didn't do. Many times this is done between the hours of 1am and 7am. Some irresponsible customers have made comments such as, we'll if yiu would have called me I would have gone back by and clean up. Again we are spending more time to correct your mistakes all at a cost to us. We work to keep our rental prices reasonable so the average person has an affordable venue available. It is a two way street. You as a renter have to do your agreed upon part.
If you are not going to clean up properly after your event, please go somewhere else. If you are going to argue when I make a good faith offer to resolve without conflict, go somewhere else. If you are going to whine about not being treatly fairly when you didn't do your part. Go somewhere else.
Check you self righteous, entitled attitude or again go somewhere else.
Do not ruin it for others.
It is my personal goal in life to be kind to everyone and to treat all people with respect. Do not mistake my kindness for weakness.
