Unpopular opinion but Q1 is probably my favorite quarter of the year because it allows us to get organized and refine systems for the rest of the year.
It’s ALSO one of the only times of year that we get to make time to hangout with vendor friends while not at weddings, which is so important to do when we can before things get busy again.

My favorite thing about Christmas is that in our house, we don’t dress up and do a fancy dinner or Christmas party to celebrate. We wear pjs all day, watch movies, and throw something in the crockpot.
There are plenty of opportunities to be the hostess with the mostess— Christmas Day doesn’t have to be one of them.

And that’s a wrap on our 2025 season!
From the beach to the mountains, and across three states and one cruise ship— we got to help celebrate so many love stories this year.
To the couples {and vendor friends) who trusted us this year— thank you for trusting us.
To the magnolia girls, especially my ride or die — every last one of you is magic and I will forever be so grateful that you choose to spend your weekends with me.
To our ‘26 and ‘27 couples— your time is coming so soon!! We will be OOO resting and spending time with family until Jan 6th and can’t wait to chat with you when we get back! ❤️🫶🏻

Not that long ago our weeks before Christmas were exclusively spent in the kitchen packing cookies, cocoa bombs and cake pop orders.
Sometimes it’s easy to fixate on the areas where we fall short instead of celebrating how far we’ve come.
I will forever be grateful for all of the sweet treats that helped get us to where we are today. What a joy it is to bake for the holidays ✨just for fun✨ instead of for 15 hours a day 🤣🫶🏻
