We set everything that we own up beforehand, and even have software to map it out digitally.☝️You will need to budget for rented linens and plates, etc., because dishes and laundry are not our things, but…

Just for startsies, century-old window restoration, all new framing, drywall, plumbing and electrical…subfloor repair, leveling, trim work, masonry, paneling, wallpaper, plus every other carefully selected fixture and finishing layer on top of that. Such striking restrooms we have here, right?? WAY more than meets the eye. 👀 Our contractors truly outdid themselves!
