Meron and Chris were in each other's orbit for years — same high school, same friend group — before the universe finally made the introduction official in 2022. Their first date was New Year's Day 2023: hours of conversation and a walk through West Chester that made it clear this was something real. Chris made it permanent on a Jersey Shore beach at dusk, pink roses, a hand-lettered sign, and his family waiting nearby to celebrate.

For their wedding, there was only one venue. Meron had always envisioned an art deco wedding, and HOTEL DU PONT — with its ornate details and historic grandeur — was everything she pictured. They exchanged vows in the du Barry Room and danced the night away with their guests in the Gold Ballroom. Every piece of décor was handcrafted by the mother of the bride, and Chris even took dance lessons to make sure the first dance was one to remember.

Two people who spent years unknowingly finding their way back to each other — and when it came time to celebrate, HOTEL DU PONT was the only place that could hold a love story this good. 🤍
