Jonathan set up a tent for me this morning to help me endure the heat while working in my apiary. We were getting my bees ready for fall. They were stirred up for sure! If you would have asked me 6 years ago about being a beekeeper or a flower farmer; I’m not sure I would’ve believed in myself. It’s hard work! I have learned so much and come such a long way. Now I have some amazing tasting honey and some gorgeous flowers enduring this crazy heat! Dolly understood better than anyone about coming from nothing and becoming everything against all odds! Don’t give up on your dreams; even if it gets really hard. Keep pushing! The reward is worth it.
