Exciting news for Van Zandt Arena! 🎉

Deen Ranch will now be running our Tuesday night races! We’ve truly enjoyed hosting the races, and Deen Ranch has been a huge help to us along the way. After several conversations, we decided to let them take the reins and run the show!

We fully support Deen Ranch and are excited to see them continue growing the races. We’ll still be around the arena, and we hope to see everyone every Tuesday!

Stay tuned we’re also working to bring even more events to Van Zandt Arena soon! 🐎

Wild West Promotions Barrel races start back up this Tuesday at Van Zandt Arena & Event Center

Entries open Monday morning on NextGen Rodeo

Notice there’s a 12:00 section and a 7:30 section.

Also, all Equine Sports Alliance members receive points to the ESA Finals.

We’ll be taking a short break for the rest of August and coming back strong the first week of September! 🤠

With the Texas heat, we feel this is the best time to hit pause and get ready for an exciting fall season.

We want to say thank you to everyone who has supported Van Zandt Arena. We truly appreciate your patience and encouragement as we’ve learned the ropes of hosting barrel races. Every event has helped us improve, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

We’ll see y’all in September with bigger and better races, exciting announcements, and plenty of fun. We can’t wait to have everyone back at the arena!

We’re so excited to be back and can’t wait to see everyone tonight!

🍧 Concessions will be open with popsicles and plenty of cold drinks to help beat the heat.

• Novice: 8:00 PM
• Open 5D: Immediately following Novice
