I love lazy mornings. This is my favorite go to snack or meal. I am gonna start posting some of my easy recipes that I just love and I think you will love too. ❤️
Fresh baked sourdough bread, fresh sliced avacado, everything bagel seasoning, fried egg (in avacado oil), roasted sugar bomb tomatoes and a little parmesan. It is delicious and your body will love you for it. Taking the time to roast the tomatoes elevates this by 10. Oh and please don't be jealous of my fancy china. 🤣

1. Toast the sourdough and roast the tomatoes at the same time for about 6-8 minutes at 400.
(I use my airfryer).
2. Fry your egg to your taste.
3. 1/2 Smashed the avacado on the toasted sourdough. You could use as much avacado as you like. Depending on your dietary needs ❤️
4. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning to taste.
5. Put 4 roasted tomatoes on top.
6. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan.
