Exclusively family owned & operated, in business for over 50 years, Rabkes offers year round, completely custom wild game processing. All orders are individually processed, vacuum sealed then frozen to preserve the deliciousness of your order.
Just a few of our delicious offerings…smoked jerky, line dry jerky, fresh German style sausage, dried sausage, bratwurst, chorizo, summer sausage, salami, buckstick, Italian sausage, breakfast sausage, hamburger, chili, cube steak, bacon wrapped filets, backstrap. Because we are a custom processor, we offer unlimited seasoning options to your order, including some gluten free options.

When we say that Rabke’s offers a completely custom menu, we mean it! A client wanted a luau themed menu but didn’t want a whole pig on the pit…after some collaboration, we came up with these scrumptious chicken shish-ka-bobs. Marinaded chicken breast, red onion, multicolored bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and pineapple we made a homemade Hawaiian glaze that brought out all of the delicious flavors of these yummy veggies and the chicken!

🚨 Burn Ban Enacted for Gillespie County 🚨

The Gillespie County Commissioners Court has enacted a burn ban. All open burning is prohibited in the unincorporated areas of Gillespie County, except for burning in approved enclosures like trash barrels with a mesh cover and charcoal grills.

🔥 Why the Ban? Due to dry conditions and lack of significant rainfall, open burning poses a severe wildfire risk, endangering lives and property.

⚠️ Penalties: Violating this order is a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $500.
