Today we didn’t have our biggest set up day of all time but we DID have the largest 2 tents we’ve ever done in a day. One was 40’x200’ the other was 40’x220’. The muscles are firing today! One of the tents was for Stiftungsfest in Norwood Young America. It’s the longest running festival in MN. Going since 1861. In fact 20 people are flying in from Germany. Super cool we could be a part of it!

One of my absolute favorite things when I book an event is getting to know the customers. Some like to get in and get out of the conversation as life moves fast and they are on the run. I get it! Others like to chit chat and pretty soon we may be talking about the fact that I (Julie), one of the co-owners for 25 years now, am also a life/health coach, an author, a landlord, and a grandma. I love to hear about their different roles, their family, and their heart as they make their plans. We all wear a lot of hats and I love all the facets. I just had the most charming conversation with someone who is having her yearly “just because” fall party with a dance floor and a band and the whole shabang! Love it! Life is short. Have a party I say!! 🌻🎉

Our team had a record breaking amount of tents up all at one time over the past couple of weeks. 56 tents in 45 cities all over MN, ND, and IA. The amount of hustle, planning, cleaning, carrying, packing of trucks, sweat, driving, miles, setups, overtime, weather and prayer that goes into that is astounding. Such a privilege to serve so many communities all at once. Hats off to our team and their dedication to show up day after day to do an exemplary job for our customers.

We have a great diversity in what we do. Many people know about our graduation parties, weddings, and even music festivals. Last year we did this field day set up and because it was such a great success, this year we are doubling their tent size from a 40x60’ tent to a 40x120’ tent and doubling their chairs and tables as well. Such a beautiful thing as we help embrace the agricultural roots that MN holds.
