This year's Best Breeder award goes to Jamie Beatty at River Taxi Farms, who bred the winning cultivar Fire Horse OG at his family's farm at Greenfield Ranch. Look for Fire Horse OG at all of our retail partners soon under the Arcanna Flowers label! 🏆

Grown from seed in Willits, King's Poison has "sticky, dense and crystal buds with a sour fermented good funky smell. A creamy flavor of buttered popcorn with some pepper and maple syrup. A heavy high that is not for beginners." They say pick your poison, and well, we pick the King's Poison from Sticky Fields for sure. 🌱

This year's Fourth Place winners are Sara, David & Flynn O’Donnell at Sweet Sisters Family Farm with Biscotti. 🌱

Their farm is in Comptche, and Biscotti dazzled our Mendo Cup judging team with its "dense nugs with lots of crystal with a sweet/savory aroma of citronella, anise, cinnamon and pepper. Very complex flavors and a great clear headed smoke that was talkative yet also mellow, calm and peaceful." Bravo Sweet Sisters Farm, we'll have another Biscotti please! 🏆

In Third Place at this Year's Mendo Cup is Rainbow Belts x Runtz grown by Raquel Pasqual of SoulSol Mendocino in Piercy. Raquel really created a tasty treat with Rainbow Belts x Runtz! 🍭

Our judges loved this killer w**d with a solid frosty bud structure that was bright and fresh with tasty lemon balm terps and flavors that changed with every hit. “I would buy this in a dispensary and share it with loved ones,” was one judge's remark. Congrats SoulSol Mendocino on this incredible win! 🏆

We love seeing multi-generational family farms thrive and innovate like our Second Place winners, Emerald Spirit Botanicals. Joseph Haggard & Katie Jeane of Emerald Spirit Botanicals created a balanced winner with Royal Blueberry at their farm in the Noyo Watershed. 👑🫐

With a perfect balance of cannabinoids and unique fruity aroma, this one was definitely a standout with our judges: "Big chunky nugs with long orange hairs, an aroma of pungent grape juice with some citrus notes, a fruity candy flavor with spicy herbal aftertaste. A subtle high that is both great for a productive morning smoke and also a relaxed and comfy bedtime high. It made everything extra shiny." ✨

Wow, what an amazing Mendo Cup! We are so thrilled to share this year's winners, starting with our First Place: Fire Horse OG from River Txai Farms aka Arcanna Flowers. 🔥🐎

Chiah Rodriques & Jamie Beatty created this amazing cultivar at their family farm in Greenfield Ranch. Here's what our judges had to say about the winner: "Exquisite nicely manicured and densely packed buds with lots of resin and a delightful lemon geranium and bubble gum fragrance. This energizing and balanced smoke was a real eye opener, it hit hard with a great spike and then a gentle euphoric cruise. Carpool if you can, and designate a safe and sober driver. Get your tickets ASAP and bring a friend or two - this circle always has room for more.
