Here is my recipe for my outback steak rub spice mixture :

Coriander 1/2tsp
Garlic powder 1tsp
Onion powder 1tsp
Black pepper ground 2tsp
Paprika 4 tsp
Red pepper ground 1tsp
Salt 4 tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp

1. 4 tsp salt 4 tsp paprika 2tsp black pepper 1tsp onion powder 1tsp garlic powder 1tsp red pepper 1/2tsp coriander 1/2tsp turmeric . Mix then sprinkle on ur favorite cut of beef. Then cook as directed . Happy holidays !
