In our beginning level classes, we typically sit in a circle and do a butterfly stretch. As we are doing this, we go around the circle and ask the children what color their butterfly is. We normally get lots of rainbows and glitter, but sometimes we get the occasional very blunt things that come out of children’s mouths. 😆 Here are a few examples from the last couple weeks… What color is your butterfly Susie? My brother has eczema. My dog died. I have a secret that I’m not supposed to tell. My mom‘s having a baby and it’s the size of a raspberry. Miss Susan. You’re old. Your skin is wiggly like my grandma‘s.
Absolutely no filters! They crack me up! 😂
