Wedding planners everywhere are about to ruffle feathers with this one… 👀

We see these “average wedding cost” calculators all the time and while they can be helpful as a starting point… they are VERY rarely accurate to the actual experience couples are having in our market.

Here’s the problem ⤵️

A couple sees “$49,000 average wedding budget for 150 guests” and immediately thinks:
✔️ full open bar
✔️ luxury venue
✔️ incredible food
✔️ stunning florals
✔️ custom rentals
✔️ entertainment
✔️ planner
✔️ elevated guest experience

But when you actually start pricing:
• venues are often $10k-$15k+
• catering can easily hit $100+ per person after taxes/gratuity
• bars add up QUICK
• rentals, lighting, florals, transportation, staffing, and production are major investments

And suddenly… that “average budget” disappears FAST.

This is NOT to discourage couples. It’s actually the opposite. 🤍

The goal is to help couples plan with REALISTIC expectations from the beginning so they can:

Head table goals 🙌🏻✨

When Stephanie + Kevin booked their wedding at before starting the full planning + design process with us, one thing was clear…

Stephanie LOVES a statement moment. 🤌🏻

Her Pinterest board was filled with dramatic hanging floral installs and elevated floral ceilings — but there was one problem:

the venue doesn’t allow hanging installations. 👀

So instead of changing the vision… we changed the approach.

That’s when we partnered with to create a custom 24-foot elevated floral structure designed to mimic the look and feel of a suspended installation above the head table.

And honestly?
It completely transformed the room.

A reminder that sometimes the best designs happen when your vendor team has to think outside the box.🔥

Everyone keeps chasing the next luxury trend…
Meanwhile greenery + wood is still one of the most whimsical and gorgeous design combos!

We said what we said 🤷🏼‍♀️

Every year the wedding industry tries to convince couples they need:
✨ neon signs
✨ acrylic everything
✨ ultra-trendy color combos

…but you know what STILL photographs beautifully every single time?

Wood tables.
Soft candlelight.
Organic greenery.
Textures that actually feel warm and inviting.

It feels expensive without trying too hard.

And before everyone comes for me — yes, color is beautiful too 😂

But there’s a reason luxury weddings keep coming back to layered neutrals, wood tones, and greenery-heavy designs.
