Night and Daye Events is local to Hampton Roads and Williamsburg, but is more than willing to travel to meet you and your event's needs. Night and Daye Events goes beyond just coordinating events. We create "To Do" checklists, time lines, event day itinerary and logistics planning. We continue to work with you, step by step until the event is executed successfully, including ensuring the itinerary

is followed on the day of the event, managing all vendors and maintaining smooth operation through out the event. Additionally, we can create goody bags for all or certain guests and other memory keepsakes, such as, photo books, DVD's of the event and shadowboxes. Well, you are free to email us your questions at anytime during your planning journey. Each planner at Night and Daye Events has different office hours. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As the owner, mine are a bit more flexible but most days look like this! Computer on my lap, cuddling with Maya, probably watching Frozen or Toy Story! I still check my emails 2 times a day (three times during busy season!) When I see an email from you, I will take note and either reply right away if its an answer I know off the top of my head, or I will add it to me to do list if I need to reach out to a vendor or do any research for you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We love this shot of Sarah and her father walking down the aisle! What you cant see (unless you look closely) is I am right behind holding Sarah's train until they get to the aisle so I can then fluff it while she walks down. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We do this especially at an outdoor wedding so the train doesn't get leaves or bugs tangle in it, and you have gorgeous train photos as you walk down the aisle!

My family is moving to Florida next summer to be closer to all the grandparents - and even TWO great grandmothers! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Yes - NDE will still be operating in Virginia with Caroline and Hannah taking the reigns for our Management and Planning services and I will return for Full Planning and Design clients. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
