As most know Smoke on the Mountain - BBQ Cookoff Competition is upon us this weekend and to do our part to support as much as we can... We are going to offering free half dozens of smoked and fried chicken wings tomorrow sat the 11th from 2pm to 4pm and will be accepting donations all the proceeds will be dononated to the fireman's please like and share we have alot to give out so tell your friends AGAIN LIKE AND SHARE THANK YOU

Had a nice cook for supper yesterday a lovely flat iron steak first time will this cut and boy it was tender, juicy and delicious!! I seasoned her up with some big medicine from Tacticalories Seasoning Co.]] and some SPOGOS from hell of a combo, reverse seared on the
Never disappoints!!

To accompany such a fine cut of beef we went with some upscale sides, a celery root puree with some Tacticalories Seasoning Co.]] bosco blend then topped with some crispy and well rendered guanciale and a beautiful purple potato puree seasoned with some Tacticalories Seasoning Co.]] tipsy red wine salt creme fresh both were exceptionally smooth thanks to the help of my pro series blender

Meal tasted better than it looks and it looks pretty damn fine thanks to my wife with those pro photos
