📢 KIDSFEST UPDATE

We want to inform our community, customers, and vendors that KidsFest will not be taking place at Wichita Sports Forum this weekend.

This event was organized by Tasty Festivals/KidsFest, and despite multiple attempts, we have not received communication from them. We recently saw that they have begun issuing refunds and shared their own cancellation notice via email.

Because all ticketing and vendor arrangements were handled solely by the organizer, please reach out to Tasty Festivals/KidsFest directly with any questions regarding refunds or event details.

We know this is disappointing for many families and vendors, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support. If you have questions about any other events happening at Wichita Sports Forum, we’re always happy to help!

We’re looking for motivated hands-on Operations Managers!
This role focuses on managing hourly staff, maintaining smooth facility operations, and creating a positive, high-energy environment for guests and employees alike.

Compensation: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
Full time and part time positions available!
Shifts Available: Weekdays 1:00pm to 9:00pm (Winter Schedule) and Weekends (7am -2pm, 2pm-9pm)

Aviate will be closed Wednesday, November 5th for routine maintenance and will reopen Thursday at 2 PM.

When Trinity Academy had to close unexpectedly this week due to some water damage, we were glad to step in and host a last-minute Day Camp on Thursday and Friday. It turned out to be such a great couple of days!

The students brought so much energy and fun to the Forum. Aviate Extreme Air Sports got plenty of action, too! From games and activities to just spending time together, it was a joy having them here.

Thank you to the Trinity families for joining us this week. We loved having your students and hope they had as much fun as we did!
