A big thank you to CE Machine Co, Inc, they allowed us to cater their employee lunch and dinner yesterday. Super nice people, enjoyed working with them. We did Smoked Brisket, Portobello mushroom chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon, and our jalapeno cream cheese corn.

Big thanks to the Kansas Nazarene District for allowing us to prepare the meal for their pastoral Christmas lunch.
It was and early morning but we had a good time. We made pork tenderloin with a mushroom sauce, bacon wrapped chicken, green beans and our creamy mashed potatoes.
