True story: 2019 we hired security guards in case of violence or mayhem but we learned quickly the ones that come to our event are the best fun-lovin good-natured people ever so we replaced the guards with this snow bear, waaay better:)

Turning on the last switch for SnowGlow 2026 in pic. 90% of snow on peak was man-made, 70% man-made snow on the slope side, and 0% by the firepits as the beautiful natural snow had been shaded, low foot traffic, and preserved there by the trees.
Thank You to all the kids, the cool parents, and to the date-night adventurists for giving Wichita SnowGlow it's value, heartbeat, and true awesomeness. We love you guys and are you guys and WICHITA is an excellent place to grow up in 👍. Thank You!! ❤️
