Introducing the newest Mr. and Mrs. Kitterman!
Cole and Caitlynn stole glances at each other every chance they could. The way that Cole's eyes looked into Caitlynn's when he saw her for the first time, was enough to make her breath catch. He couldn't stop smiling as the love of his life walked down the aisle. Caitlynn was excited and a little nervous, but when she finally got to hold onto Cole's hand, everything seemed to melt away. Family and friends alike shared happy tears, cheers and celebratory beers.

Wedding #302 for me is in the books. Cole & Caitlynn, thank you so much for having me be a small part in your love story. I pray you have the most beautiful marriage and future together. Enjoy this sneak peek while I work hard on all of your images. 💛

Fun fact: My iconic, window dress shots are featured in my book 'Photographing the Best Man'. Skyla loves these. Skyla can't quite reach the spot she wants to hang it. Hayden comes from behind her, slightly pinning her against the wall as he helps. And Cam? He makes sure Hayden knows he's seen Skyla do this dozens of times by handing her the bouquet to set.

Hey there, beautifuls. I'm Sara Rieth and I've been telling romantic love stories for 15 years. But there's a catch, I was photographing them. 301 couples. 301 weddings shot. Tens of thousands of people met leads to learning a lot about the world of romance. I've been actively listening and watching love stories unfold for years.

What is it that makes a woman swoon? What makes a guy know she's the one? What is the body language the two have between them that is unique to just their love story?

You know, those shared looks, the pinkies intertwining as they walk closely to one another, the thumb pressing against her lips as he leads her in for a kiss. . .

I also witnessed a lot of things you never think about happening at a wedding. Like the mom of the groom fist fighting the mom of the bride over who pinned the boutonniere on him. Or how I was hit on not once, not twice, but three times by the best man standing by the grooms' sides. I've shot weddings where couples spent over $30,000 just on flowers alone. I had a groom who was set to be on the Bachelorette but found his bride just before. I have fallen off of chairs, had groomsmen offer to carry my camera bags, moms try to set me up with their sons and I've even witnessed wedding vendor friends falling in love with other wedding vendor friends.

What can you expect in my first contemporary romance series, "Photographing the Best Man"?

You can expect a high tension romance brewing between two strangers. The photographer is left at the altar, there's a love triangle and the best man is trying his hardest to win her attention. Plus, a dramatic twist that brings them together for keeps once and for all.

Not to mention, the covers of each of the books in the series will be one of my real couples, photographed by Yours Truly. A little, extra awesomeness to sprinkle in.

You'll also have the unique reading experience of view points from both the photographer and the best man as their two worlds collide. Giving you the chance to relive the hottest and most dramatic parts from different views.

Did you hear that my storytelling is expanding? I’m working on a three part, romance series completely one-of-a-kind because there are Easter eggs planted of real life experiences I had as a full time wedding photographer in my twenties and they even include featuring photos from one of my favorite weddings of all time.

While I absolutely love weddings and have a blast every time I photograph one, they consumed all of my time and energy. I was exhausted working 50 hours a week. I made poor food choices, I missed out on all of the weekend activities my girls were in and I started photography as a necessity to make ends meet as an 18 year old who was newly married with a baby. It was never a plan to get into photography...
But photography led us to financial freedom, it bought us the house next door-- which we renovated into DANCE Studio by Sara Rieth. While I still take on 3 weddings a year to keep up that creativity in me, my heart and soul have belonged to the dance world since I was 11. Now, I get to photograph my daughters and all of their dance friends, teach classes, choreograph, coach and my heart is thriving. We've grown from our first year in 2022 with 24 students and 41 enrollments to now having nearly 60 students enrolled in 153 total classes.

Photography will always be a part of me and I love being able to still serve a few couples each year and to be able to give my dancers amazing pics. Without all of the love and support for the nearly 15 years of photographing weddings, I wouldn't be living my dream today. 💛

Sunshine & kisses make the best way to end a weekend. 💛 I can't wait to capture Paul & Leia's wedding day this winter! I've known Leia since I was 13. Life goes by much too quickly and before you know it, you're all grown up and getting married to the love of your life. 🥰

Cole and Caitlynn had the loveliest engagement session last night! It was the perfect, spring evening and it complimented their joyous hearts so beautifully. I cannot wait to photograph their big day this October! 💛

When we had the below 10 weather, Ashley reached out to me to snag some beauty shots in the snow. Did we freeze? Well, we're both planning on thawing out today in the 83 degree sun if that lets you know just how cold those 25 minutes were. 🤣
