A mingle event will take place at 6:30pm with bevy’s and snacks! 🍻
Ride to the rhythm in this high energy indoor cycling class where music drives every movement. Expect choreographed pedaling, pulsing to the beat, and a burst of upper-body strength with light weights. 🚴♀️

Arrive 10-15 minutes before class to fill out waiver (if you haven’t signed online) and stick around after for bevy’s and snacks! 😊
$10.00 includes 45 minute class and shoe rental
