Here are my biggest tips:

✨ Communicate with your hair and makeup team early. Let them know exactly what time everyone needs to be ready for photos—you, your bridesmaids, moms, and anyone else having hair and makeup done.

✨ Create a detailed beauty timeline. Assign each person a specific hair and makeup time slot so everyone stays on schedule.

✨ Hire a trusted, experienced hair and makeup team. Wedding mornings move fast! Your artists should know how to work efficiently under pressure, keep the morning running smoothly, and have experience with all hair textures and skin tones.

A well-planned morning sets the tone for the entire day logistically and for your sanity as a bride. The more organized your timeline and vendor team are, the more time you'll have to relax, soak in the moment, and enjoy every minute with your favorite people. 🤍

When couples decide to design their wedding day around the venue's natural beauty this results in a design filled with intention ✨

Katherine & Donald's day was the perfect example. They wanted to incorporate the stunning colors of the chihuly (a true crowd favorite!) throughout the florals and tablescape without letting the color overwhelm the space.

Blue napkins, playful pops of color on the table numbers and place cards, and a touch of whimsical florals created the perfect art piece 😉.

Katherine & Donald's day was truly a piece of art...immense joy from family & friends, special moments at Katherine's childhood home, amazing colors incorporated throughout the design, live music that filled the dance floor, and SO MUCH MORE. This was a day that was built with intention and heart! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Grady!
